In February, I did an epilation in this salon of a bikini zone, legs and armpits for 2450 UAH (compared to prices in other salons twice as expensive), but I was interested in the result and quality of service. In the beginning, they asked me to sign a unilateral agreement for a couple of sheets, in which I agreed that I had no contraindications to the procedure. But in this agreement there was not a single clause on the guarantee of the result. A sign of a successful procedure is hair loss, which I have never lost. Because of what I re-visited the salon to find out the reasons for this circumstance. The employees were noticeably nervous ... The beautician Oksana told me that I ended up in that small percentage of customers who don’t work with Elos ... and that their administrator has the same reaction to Elos. Although during the preliminary conversation the same administrator was very surprised that the hair did not fall out. As a result, they did not offer me anything as an apology: neither certificates advertised everywhere, nor an additional discount on the following procedure, nor a conversation with the head of the salon. Now doing successfully elos is much cheaper in another salon. Please do not repeat my mistake! It feels like a salon stuck in the 90s ...
