Pleasant place for relaxation. It feels like a piece of Bali in the middle of the city. Atmosphere and actual massage just perfect for feeling calm and peaceful.

As soon as the doctor gave the go-ahead from the 13th week, I immediately went to Lena Stoyanova for a pregnant yoga on Cosmic (I chose her at the planning stage). Lena herself is wonderful, creates the kindest, mega-attentive atmosphere, and her voice ... soothes and envelops (oh, this shavasana). The hall in Maharaja is also 👍 (everything is mega-thought). Because my pregnancy fell for coronavirus, I was pleasantly surprised how much they monitored the cleanliness, disinfection of equipment and ventilation. With great pleasure I ran to classes, and after that, physically and morally, I felt great and easy + not cut off from the whole world (which is especially important for the decree). I really hope that postpartum classes will resume😍

I went to the studio on Kosmicheskaya for yoga for pregnant women from 13 to 38 weeks. Nice, modern studio, a lot of space in the hall, there are all the necessary materials that are processed after each lesson.
