This awful clinic was recommended to me by the hostess's classmates. Said there are good lasers. I decided to try to remove small vascular networks on my legs. I regret it every day. Previously, I removed them in a laser house, proper cosmetology, in a clinic in Kiev - I was always happy with everything. No consequences. But not in this case. I signed up for the beginning of November, the beautician treated my legs and started. There was severe pain, this was not the case before. She went through each place twice. And as I understood at great power. We tried small areas around the knee and lower leg. I had very small and not particularly noticeable vessels, but before I removed them without problems in other clinics. At the reception desk, this cosmetologist wrote the number of impulses and they began to be counted to me at the retail price - about 20,000 UAH !!! In the Kiev clinic of a much higher level, I got up to 4000 UAH. They looked, looked and decided to count it for me as a zone) it turned out about 3000 UAH. Half an hour later they called back and said - oh, we forgot, we have a special offer, we didn’t count it for you, give the card we will throw off you. I refused . Sharashkin's office, I think I won't go back there. But if only everything was so easy. At night, I started having a fever, an inflammatory process started, and huge blisters formed at the sites of the procedure. I could not put on clothes for a week because of the pain. I threw off the photo to the beautician, to which she sarcastically asked - what if your legs were smeared with oil before the procedure (no) and just said to anoint with ointment. I lived like hell for a week. I couldn't put on trousers, stayed at home, didn't go to work. I hoped that everything would heal and I would forget it like a bad dream. 4 months have passed. Small inconspicuous vessels in the swarm of knees were replaced by solid pink spots. Blisters left scars on the legs and the skin turned white. Never go to this clinic. They will not bring beauty to you, but only disfigure.

Not the correspondence of price and quality, there were different specialists in manicure and pedicure, the quality is not very, it is not enough, the cost is not enough. The evaluation for the comfort of the procedure and the sterility of the instruments that I got after and immediately after I was put to sterilization (but this and so should be as a matter of course the phenomenon), although the staff itself is polite and pleasant. I also went to the haircut, and it began: stand up, sit down, bend over, turn around ... honestly, this has not seen anything, strains that, you want to relax and have fun 😁

I had a better opinion about this salon and used the services for many years, but unfortunately now the salon does not meet the declared level, neither in terms of the quality of the service personnel (administrators and managers in particular), nor the materials on which the masters work (I'm talking about manicure now) , the cost of the service far does not correspond to the price level of the material used (Shellac is declared on the site, but in fact they apply Reforma, which is 2 times cheaper in price and 2 times more in volume, that is, the service should be at least 2-4 times cheaper. Which means you are being fooled). And yet, in Roksolan, the customer level is determined "by clothes", so keep this in mind and do not forget to wear all the best when visiting this salon, otherwise you will not get the VIP service that you expect.
