After long and unsuccessful dial-ups of the Kharkov archives in which no one simply takes the phones, this one turned out to be the only one where they answered me right away. And although they did not have the enterprise I was looking for, they told me the names and phone numbers of other archives issuing certificates for the Pension Fund.
