My usual place to get haircut. Reasonably big place with friendly atmosphere.

When dyeing balalaika (my chestnut dyed Loreal) burned my hair and it fell out when washing off the paint. It was terrible that blisters appeared on the skin. Tatiana began to paint the "master" from the back of the head, when she moved to the side, she felt a burning sensation, ie it took up to 15 minutes from application. According to the "master" Tatiana powder and oxidizer 6%, although I doubt it. They rushed to wash off, and the hair remained in the sink. At the back, where the paint was applied, it fell off (somewhere 5 cm, somewhere 10 from the roots, and before that the hair was below the shoulder blades), on the side, where they just started to apply the paint, it was a little lighter, and on the other hand she wanted to send me home because she said she would do nothing more. I had to ask her to cut her hair somehow, to give shape to all this, so that, perhaps, some ammonia-free fab would sink, because one part of the head is illuminated, the other is not, and the third is 3 times shorter. Tatiana did not feel the guilt of her "master", because according to her, the client is to blame, because I probably did keratin, or I am hiding something. And the fact that this is not the first time I cut her hair (and I cut it often) and that what, and the keratin straightening on curly hair would be noticeable, neither the "master" Tatiana, nor all her colleagues who were present, did not bother. I was still there to justify myself for an hour in front of them all. Tatiana counted "master" for all that she did with me, 1270 UAH and also noted that she counted everything at the minimum prices. No apologies, no compensation. I paid to get out of there as soon as possible, because I no longer had the strength to apologize for what they had done to me.
