Everything has always been good to this day. About 10 orders have been made to date. Made a pre-order 3 bouquets on March 8. Made in the wrong colors, the packaging is not neat. I said there should be slightly different flowers, but I'll take these as I don't have time to redo (that's why I pre-ordered). In response, he received: "do not spoil the mood" and "do not want, then do not take." I understand that there is a queue of clients today, but tomorrow it will not be so. You have lost a regular customer, I hope you will take into consideration and improve the service.
