Young residential complex near the river with very dense buildings. Narrow yards. Problematic parking (even with partial occupancy). Regular shutdowns of water supply and gas supply. Night voltage drops (with the failure of household appliances). Lack of infrastructure, except for small shops.

Constant problems with water pressure, gas supply and sewerage. The developer does not follow the original master plan.
