Ukr mail is an echo of the past, with any parcel you need to show a passport, when sending you need to fill out a bunch of documents. Terrible rooms without repair, peeling walls, old Soviet furniture, broken, scratched pens that also write badly. In general, I will say that Ukr Post sucks, the only thing that is good in them, so it's an application. 🤦

On August 3 this year, the operator Krytska made a mistake in specifying the delivery address and the parcel was delivered to another branch of the city of Kharkiv. Then the recipient had to call and pay extra money for sending the parcel to the correct office. I did not want this to happen again.

Bad department! Employees are completely unenthusiastic, often rude. I have encountered a situation several times when a message is received. I come for the parcel and they say that it is not there yet - I have to demand it for a long time and force them to look for it. And still find !! The room itself is very old, untidy and in need of repair.

Dishonest people work. They robbed my mother-in-law of a pensioner. They did not give her a UAH 100 pension and did not give her a subsidy of UAH 400, they signed the payment themselves. It is a shame to earn on retirees !!! Bypass this branch!
