Below this bottom is no more. Every time I pick up the parcel I have to wait in line for at least 20 minutes. While 1 client is served, the queue increases by another 3. This is despite the fact that there are 3 employees in the department.

Very slow service, 7 people to serve 40 minutes. This is disrespect for human time. Employees do not want to correct the situation, they are not interested in improving the quality of service.
