Coffee "Filicori Zeccini"

Today I bought coffee at this establishment. Asked to make a small American (less water). I order this American almost every day at this coffee shop. Today she repeated her standard order. The guy ignored two of my requests and gave me the usual American. I asked for a rework. He refused with a smirk. I tried to explain that the express was too strong for me, and the US was the other way around. He, in turn, noted that it is not an express, and he will not process espresso. Therefore, dear visitors, if you want to talk to the staff of the coffee shop, which will spoil your mood for the whole day, and then notice that you do not speak well, you are here. Personally, I will not go to this institution anymore.
