The hotel refused to be accommodated through an ethnic group (Roma), the administrator behaved very incorrectly, humiliated guests, even despite the consent of the owners, continued to argue not to settle and, in the end, refused. The institution is located in a remote area, which is difficult to get, a visitor with children - it's just a disgusting situation for guests. Despite the fact that the money was paid, the local person vouched, the visitor was tidy and had a normal way of life, and there were no arguments other than ethnicity. And, and still - the deposit of 200 UAH for keys, in general didn't meet such anywhere anywhere.

For this price, just a luxury apartment. Modest but comfortable, polite staff.

Words can’t describe how I am outraged, booked a double for 18-20, plans changed a bit, 17th I arrive to personally inform the administrator about the change of dates, agreed, left the reservation 18-19. Mademoiselle calls me on the day of arrival and says: "Your number is busy, because the guests have extended their stay, it is possible with us." So what the hell, excuse me, do you even place armor if they have absolutely no meaning? And the last time we stayed in this motel for 2 nights, everything went fine. As disgusting as possible from such situations.

There is no hot water in the hotel, from the word at all. There is also no WiFi.
