Raiffeisen Bank Aval

This bank is a joke. There are more than 10 people waiting. Only one person is helping. While waiting, I heard from one lady who was complaing that she has been waiting since morning. It is now 3:14 PM. We have been waiting for one hour so far. We just wanted to ask a simple question about international money wiring. It doesn't give me a warm and welcoming feeling about moving a big amount from US. It feels like living in the Soviet Union time, waiting in a long line in order to buy a loaf of bread. Are we still living in old socialist time? I heard Riffesin bank is Austrian bank. I thought this bank is better than other banks. Does Austrian bank management team know how terribly their bank service is in Ukraine? Many people are complaining. Also I just heard from a woman. She has to come in every 6 months and change her credit/debit card. Of course she has to wait for hours each time. Sometimes she got so tired waiting. She had to leave and come back next day. Then again the long line starts again.
