Everyone has their own mood, their own character, and for the whole day you smile so much that then your muscles ache. But before talking about disrespect for guests, you must first of all respect the staff who serve you, and if you enter with a smile, and not with a sour face, then you will also be answered with a smile, a boomerang effect, you know. The atmosphere is joyful, they always smile, they always say "please", all orders are made quickly, and when they say that baking is in the evening, this does not mean that it is ancient, just think, at home you do not cook food for a couple of hours! Girls can be understood when there are a lot of people, and everything needs to be done, to keep track of everywhere, be people too! Each shift tries to do well. The coffee is always delicious, the prices are affordable, the atmosphere is cozy, especially in the evenings, I can't say anything bad, as there are always only positive impressions! Hearts and drawings on the foam are especially pleasing😊

Horror! Came the oven does not work, nothing can be heated. We bought tea "cranberry tea", added dofig of syrup to it, it is impossible to drink. No mint, no lemon, no ablipikha, nothing, and everything was replaced with syrup

Tasty (but not satisfying). Prices are average. Assortment - there is plenty to choose from. Pleasant atmosphere inside (which cannot be said outside and near the bakery) Staff. There is a lot to write. Never smile and do everything with a stone face. Use learned phrases like robots. They will never say anything extra. I myself work in the customer service area. I understand how hard it is to communicate with clients all day, day after day. , smile and be polite. But there is one BUT. You knew where you are going to work. So please. Show respect to customers, be at least a little positive and at least smile at the customer.! You have room to develop and you will do it. Good luck you!

Previously, often went with her husband for coffee or a snack. It was even very tasty fruit tea, but since about 2018, they began to save on water here and the taste became disgusting. The big minus is that employees discuss customers. Witnessed more than once. Unpleasant. Now we don’t go to the bakery, because there is a family bakery where it is delicious and the staff are polite)

There is not enough space, wait a long time, hot dogs are often gone after 4 pm (maybe I'm lucky), hot dogs have become smaller. Mayonnaise-ketchup-mustard as always at the bottom of the hot dog. A hamburger is beautiful, until you are pressed up to 1.5 cm thick in a grill, which heats only outside, and inside there is a frozen filling - sausage, cheese, sauce and 10 g of some vegetable. There is no restroom. You can drink coffee, but very close to eat coffee is tastier.
