This is not the first time I come across the fact that the staff simply ignores visitors, either continuing the conversation on the phone, or casually chatting with themselves and not even considering it necessary to give the visitor at least some sign that he was noticed and soon he will be able to count on service. This discourages any desire to come here ever again.

I know this brand from the moment of birth, over the past time it has grown and become very popular. Everything is always fresh and clean. You eat without fear of herbalism. Thank.

I was in a bakery on Prospekt Mira. Ordered cappuccino with additives in medium glasses and paid the appropriate price. And in the end I got ordinary glasses for Americano, there was either very little or no additives at all. Disregard for visitors, sellers fly in the clouds. There is no desire to visit this institution anymore.

We have just entered the Bakery 1 on Mira Ave. I have never seen such a terrible bakery in Kryvyi Rih. Not a bakery in this chain, and I was in many, not in general. Firstly, a very dirty terminal, right in the spots, it is not pleasant to touch, tables in crumbs, although they were not going to eat there, were waiting for an order at a dirty table. There is nowhere to wash your hands. Chairs with a table are piled in the corner and tied with ropes. The girls sit and chat. The fact that there are no greens for the hot dog, when I ordered it with tomato and herbs, was told after my payment already. Almost no tomato was put, two thin slices. I ordered the same hot dog from these bakeries elsewhere, there was more tomato. I was not offered or given a check, even the one that comes after payment by card. And the last thing, I asked for a disposable bag with me, they answered that they only had paid packages of 2 UAH each, they had two hot dogs, a sausage in a dough to carry in their hands. I ask the administration to take action. It's disgusting. I do not advise anyone!

A great place where you can easily have a bite, drink coffee and just sit with a girl, after a walk in the park. You go hungry to work, not a question-ran away and breakfast. Not far from the institute and from local students this place is popular. In short, the place is the "help".
