We advertised to friends and ordered for parties, for a long time everything was fine. I prefer ordering only by text message for convenience and so that nothing is forgotten. Made an order in Viber, delivered with an error 1 udon was with a bow. After writing about the error, my message was ignored. The sediment remained for a long time. The next time we came from another room with the order, everything was fine, they did not forget anything and did not put too much (onion). Not a big party, on my part a proposal about sushi and a place where to order it, everyone chooses, I write a detailed message, each item on a new line, I specify about a partial payment by bank transfer, after payment I indicated what exactly. The order was brought, and then I see that there is not one position in the check or in the order, and this is the position that was duplicated twice (when ordering and paying) my dinner, I take pictures and drop off in Viber, I write that there is not what I paid for, and duplicated twice, the young man says that he is not in the check, the one that I see and try to convey the essence of my indignation that it was possible to skip this particular position out of two repeated times, they offer me to convey my order and sticks that I also partially forgot to put, but the courier then this is not to blame, the end of the working day after all. I refuse. I was offered a 7% discount, I refused, because I am no longer ready to go to random and be either in a spoiled mood because of onions, or hungry at all. At the end of the evening, everyone who ate sushi said that I had not lost anything, the rice was overcooked, and there was no fish. Bottom line Sushi # 1 provide a different level of service and a range of emotions as a gift from occasion to occasion, I will not contact you again.
