We did not wash the car in a high-quality manner, to comments on cleanliness, but specifically on the dust that was not wiped off, the girl replied "we are near the plant, it just happened. I wiped it out." When we turned to the management, it was nice that they reacted calmly and politely, and reworked it based on the comments. And they blackened the rubber as a gift. Arriving home, my husband and I also found badly washed discs, and blackening of not the entire wheel. It is clear that the car was parked and it was just necessary to drive a little in order to draw the other side of the wheel, but no one offered us, and we did not pay attention from the beginning, as we were tired of waiting ... As a result, they washed the car themselves in the yard, and the car wash took 1 hour and 45 minutes, the complex without a trunk. Sedan car. We were very unhappy 😡

I am just delighted with the atmosphere and quality of service in this institution. Delicious coffee and coldest mojito. Special thanks to barista Masha. While they drank coffee, they received professional advice on car maintenance. Another important fact is a car wash and tire fitting nearby. I recommend a mandatory visit to this institution.
