And the fact that the expectations and the visit do not coincide at all !!! Take care of yourself!

The worst service in dentistry, I have not met! Now everything is in order, draw your own conclusions: The registry is a place where logic is missing. My tooth broke, to get to the doctor, I had to wait 5 days, but they asked me if I didn’t take it and go to another doctor to call and warn them. And then the day of my first visit came, I took time off from work and 50 minutes (!) Waited for me to be called. Why if there was a fire I was not notified that I came later? Well, okay, my doctor was young and very talkative. What he did, how much to endure, how much everything will cost, he did not say, everything is very dry. Well, okay for the first visit I paid 800 UAH. I had two weeks (!) To go with a temporary seal to wait for a new visit. Okay, I come at the appointed time and wait 50 minutes again to be accepted, no one even apologized, I thought that was okay, this is my last visit, and again they didn’t tell me what they were doing, how much it would cost other things, again they set a temporary seal and set a new visit after 10 days. The third time everything happened again, I waited again, and when the doctor put a seal, the doctor said to try not to eat this tooth (!). Cool Why did I come then ?? what nonsense! For cleaning the canals (without anesthesia) and for a seal, I gave only 2500 UAH. Even in Germany it would be cheaper! I firmly decided that my legs would not be in my clinic anymore, but then my aunt made them teeth and decided to pay with a card (there the amount for payment was tens of UAH) and she was told to bring only cash! With the fact that they have a terminal! And this was naturally said on the last day, and naturally my aunt had to go and overpay a large amount for withdrawing cash at an ATM! This is how patients are treated selectively in this clinic (because I paid everything with a card and there were no questions). Top of stupidity and lack of service! Litvintsev should think about whether he already thinks of himself as good as himself, and patron saints should look back and see that there are other dentists in the city, young, educated and interested in the health of their patients! Conclusion: service zero price-quality - zero
