Great trainer, always advises on nutrition. Workouts of varying degrees of load, I like to combine them, so I go to both fitness and Pilates. The team is very nice. There is a cooler in the room. After training, you can take a shower. I recommend with both hands.

Great atmosphere, good coach! Wife walks and kicks from training. For 3 months I lost 12 kg! Nice price! I recommend to anyone who wants to keep his body in great shape!
