The hall as a whole is excellent, but the work with clients is at level "0" - the first time I got to this hall, I was never instructed, as well as there was no familiarization with the club. Everything would not be bad if it were not for the cold in the hall in the morning, and in the weather with low temperatures ... Horrible changes in the temperature of the water in the showers - from ice to hot with steam, and it doesn't matter what time of day - according to in all likelihood, the one who installed the hot water supply system or is stupid in this matter, or did it without taking into account the application of a thermo-mixing unit, which not only gives comfort with temperature safety, but also really saves energy.

Nice club. Only with sanitation not very good. Cockroaches on the machine with tea. At the reception desk and the administrator, they say that cockroaches are on the machine, this is not a problem of Sportlife, but of the machine installers. Money for tea is not returned (although it costs a penny 15 UAH)). With complaints about the refund for tea with cockroaches, as well as the refund from the card, they are sent to the installers of the machine. Date of visit 12/25/2020.

Well, only interruptions in water, often barely warm, showers as if the watering cans are clogged, the pressure is rather weak. The simulators are good, in sufficient quantity, the access to the sportlife is horrible, the unfortunate 50 m could have paved a bunch of pits, there is really no parking space, it was much better at Union. The turnstile was made at the entrance, why? It is stupidly buggy and often does not miss, remove it altogether, it does not play any role. In general, the hall is good, modern.
