After buying a rezette, it turned out that it was defective, and when I asked to replace it, they refused me, referring to the fact that I had opened the package. In general, in the end, I was offered to write a letter to China, to the factory. A complete scam, the store makes money on marriage! The second episode follows. The ice paw is out of order (there are 2 years warranty lines on the packaging). More than 3 weeks have passed, and I cannot replace it with a new one all this time, they refer to the fact that it is not available. Well, why then such a guarantee? Here in other stores, you can make replacements at least on the same day. I had to buy a new lamp. There are no claims to sellers, they just follow crazy instructions that make the owner richer !!! My advice is not to buy here, plus prices are too high for almost everything !!!

Work schedule, not for PEOPLE !!!!! A chain can come to the store, a person who works (never got there) Such a store should work, at least for two hours more !!!!!
