The pizza is, of course, delicious. I have already rated this institution earlier, but yesterday there was an unpleasant situation that I cannot ignore. I ordered it through the application for the first time. BONUS (!) 50 UAH Of course, I used it and chose to pay in cash. I asked to complete the order in an HOUR (!) I arrived in 1h10min and they tell me that my order has not been completed, since the CASH (?) Is credited to the card from the money paid (?) That is, I had to pay with the card immediately. What's the cache guys? You call it a bonus. I have two questions: Why is it not indicated anywhere that it is necessary to pay immediately and the main question Why did no one call me in 1 hour and 10 minutes and did not specify the details, or did they not cancel the order in the application? I arrived from block 20 to block 96 fully confident that my order was completed. I didn't have time to wait until the order was completed, so I left empty-handed and in complete disappointment. If, after the last visit, I still have a delicious pizza with pear and gorgonzola in my memory, and the weathered almost dry tiramisu has faded, now in my memory there is a pronounced dry tiramisu and an unfulfilled order. I am very glad that such good places appear in our Kryvyi Rih The pizza is very tasty, we took 3 different - 4 cheese + salami, fatoria, creamy base (yum) with mushrooms, chicken fillet and pickled cucumbers (tadaaaam), unexpected, but very tasty. And also pizza stagione, if I'm not mistaken, very much resembles 4 seasons I also took pistachio cannoli, a very tasty cream inside, but it's strange that shortbread dough outside, although in the classic recipe - the dough should be deep-fried The most important thing is that everyone liked it 🙃

Great cafe. We visited them for the second time. I definitely recommend ordering pizza. They cook it in the oven, and it is very tasty. The waiters are friendly and polite. The prices are quite adequate.
