When choosing furniture in a store on Baburka, there was a polite and smiling salesman. Then we waited more than two months for the delivery of furniture. One glass was chipped. We were assured that they would change everything quickly. They have been changing for the second month. It is impossible to reach them. You cannot get the contacts of managers. And, by the way, they stopped smiling. Rather such a reaction: have you come again? Zero customer focus. In general, the service is below the floor. There is no feedback. The impression is that executives do not care what customers think of such a service. To put it mildly, unpleasant.

I do not recommend !!! Disregard for customers (((They brought a sofa with a small hole that we didn’t notice upon delivery, but arrived at the store the next day, the seller said that their "master" would solve the problem, but the "master" froze, saying that it none of his business and turned off the phone ... (((((
