Nice place to hand out.. Sometimes too crowded... Tasty food and almost the best pizzas.

SECOND TIME WHO THE HELL SERVE Cappuccino IN WATER GLASS UNFORTUNATELY THEIR ARE NO ZERO STARS TНEY DESERVES ZERO STAR ...CANT THEY INFORM BEFORE TAKING ORDER THAT SIR WE WRE OUT OF STOCK FOR LARGE CUP IS THQT TOO MUCH TO SAY SO I CAN CHANGE MY ORDER ... Place is in the heart of city But they are always out of somethings, hard to believe but the I ordered a coffee but the coffee cup was surprisingly biiiiigggggggggg it wasn't meant for the coffee I guess or for the coffee I ordered. For one coffee take out the max wait is up to 8 min. I wouldn't say they have the fastest working staff but I would say they aren't polite at all. Disappointed ,I have been to other франсуа branches n saw batter service and staff...

Always liked these lovely bakeries, the staff are friendly. Why 1 star ?! Yesterday I visited a coffee shop on European square and got into an unpleasant situation. I met a friend, she and her daughter had already ordered coffee and food, I was late and therefore went to order one. I ordered sea buckthorn tea, the girl went somewhere, was looking for tea, apparently, then when she returned, she said that there was no tea and offered other options. I chose the offered tea, to which the female employee replies "I will not serve you, you are without a mask" Trieste 5 minutes before that I made an order, and then waited while she was looking to see if there was tea without a mask. I politely said that I didn’t have a mask, asked to calculate me already, on which she rested and refused to accept the order. Honestly guys, I was shocked !!!! Everyone ordered and were without masks, as far as I know, wearing masks in a cafe is not mandatory. Moreover, the employees themselves often walk easily without masks. It was unpleasant. Never go back to that cafe again !!!! The employee also tried to be rude to me. I just turned around and left without ordering anything, because I didn't have a clean mask with me. By the way ... The coffee shop was moved to the opposite side. For some reason, this is not indicated in Google, an omission.
