We made an appointment with the insurance company for a chest X-ray, today 06/08/2020. An SMS came with a different address, it confused me, but I went, tk. clinic admin confirmed this address. Arriving at the address, it turned out to be an ordinary city polyclinic, in which heaps of sick people coughing and I had to stand in a first line, although I had an appointment. In my opinion, this is just complete trash! I signed up for a PRIVATE clinic to avoid the gathering of sick people during the PANDEMIC, but I ended up in an ordinary city clinic, with a bunch of people. Nobody warned me that I was going to an appointment at the city clinic, because I would have refused! I am extremely outraged by this situation and do not recommend anyone to contact this clinic!

Fashtaki doctor: megaprofessional. Works as a jeweler, counts as a scientist. Perfectionist. And as a nice person. I am very glad that I came to her. I have braces on the lower and upper jaws. Many friends had problems with braces, so take them seriously. In general, I can’t evaluate the clinic. What I noticed: polite, clean, go to the meeting at the possible time.

A long story for those who plan to remove a tooth. In October 2019, the retired wisdom tooth was removed here, the eight or whatever it is called there (the picture is attached). I don’t remember the names of the doctors anymore, but the one who directly removed the tooth from the offer to see my picture refused and immediately proceeded to the removal, it was difficult due to the location of the tooth, but (spoiler) as it turned out in another clinic when removing the second similar wisdom tooth If you look at the picture right away and decide on the necessary actions before the start, you can reduce the removal time and minimize the invasiveness of the procedure. The removal lasted 40-50 minutes, during which time they first tried to tear out the tooth, then drilled, sawed and tried many times to get it in vain, another doctor carefully wiped my tears during this process, there was no pain as such an anesthetic, but there was a very unpleasant sensation of pressure on the jaw, and as a result, after we finished, my cheek was already swollen and it felt as if I got a good face. The next day, a wild swelling, pain and temperature. The doctor answered my messages, said it was normal, everything will go away, in a week everything was restored, after 2 weeks the stitches were removed. Everything went well and I forgot about it. The other day, I removed the same tooth, but on the other hand, it was scary, but surprisingly everything went faster, the doctor looked at the picture before the removal, said we would cut it to separate the tooth from the next growing seven and the whole procedure took 20-30 minutes , but more importantly, I had a procedure called endoret. This is when your blood is taken from a vein, plasma is separated from it in a centrifuge, and then this plasma is laid in place of the extracted tooth. This speeds up healing and minimizes pain during the recovery period. And the very next day after the removal, I felt better and could do my usual business. There is still an edema, but it does not cause wild pain and discomfort. Removing the first tooth in a dental medical clinic cost 800 UAH more than in a clinic where they did everything faster and with a fashionable new endoret procedure. My advice is if you want to quickly move away from the removal and not suffer for a week: ask the dentist at the appointment if they have this procedure after tooth extraction and choose a doctor who at least looks at your picture. 3 stars for the fact that in the end everything ended well, but -2 stars for the unreasonably high price and not quite attentive attitude of the dentist-surgeon.
