This place needs to.change their receptionist. She is terrible. Unwilling to help, very unprofessional and rude. I had 2 encounters with her and it was more than telling. She kept sighing at every question I asked. Dropping her hands and she was being disrespectful to me. She knew I didnt understand the language and thus her instructions but maybe she saw humour in this continuing to send me on a wild goose chase. I've been at other labs and have interacted with their front desk people. She needs a course and if she is tired of the job She should quit. Also the other people I tried tp approach were no better. They didnt even stop to talk to me If you dont have to. Dont go here.

Тем кто соберется сдавать там анализы все тщательно проверять и перепроверять. Т.к. я приходила сдавать ц реактивный белок + ревмокомплекс , и я не знала что в ревмокомплексе данный белок есть. Красавица на рецепшине на белостоцкого посчитала мне ревмокомплекс (с белком) + белок отдельно. В итоге я 2 раза заплатила и в комплексе и отдельно за ц реактивный белок. Это жесть просто.

There is a place for children - they draw and distract from the situation. I often use stocks. It would be nice to actively distribute them in social networks. Dr. Chepiga Yulia Vladimirovna - a great specialist. Well, your nursing staff is just great: sometimes there are a lot of patients, and they still manage and smile, despite fatigue. Working with people is one of the most stressful, they hold up well. Thank :)
