Very badly let down with a trip to Kiev! They promised that the bus from Dnipro would be at 20:00 and at 3 am we would already be in Kiev. As a result, the bus station said that the departure was only at 22:00 and in Kiev only at 6:00 in the morning. We urgently had to look for another option, because at 4 am I had to be in Zhulyany. As a result, they overpaid 10 times to get there on time. I do not recommend ANNA-TOUR to anyone !!!!!!

Dear Marina, we apologize for the inconvenience, but in October (when you wanted to use the carriage) there were no departures at 20.00; when registering passengers, the time at 22.00 was specified. Records of conversations with passengers are stored for up to 6 months. The time is announced in advance and you have the right to choose whether to go by this time or not. Therefore, I apologize once again, although it is not our fault that it was not convenient for you to travel according to this departure schedule.

Thank you very much for your help in delivering the package. It so happened that exchanged bags with things with other vacationers. Other carriers refused to ship unaccompanied. And Anna-tour delivered things to Berdyansk, and our package to us in Kamenskoye. Thanks again.
