Cozy studio with an incredible atmosphere! There is pleasant music in the classroom, and curly clouds float in the dormer windows⛅. Master of his craft Lyudmila - extremely attentive to everyone - will select an individual set of exercises just for you. And after the lesson he will treat you with fragrant tea from a variety of herbs. The studio you want to visit and where you want to return. Chamber, cozy studio, very attentive and ecological coach, after classes very well, full of energy (although I am not a very responsible student). Classes in the studio - the perfect place and time for yourself.

I liked the lessons with Mila the first time, a nice person, a comfortable place. Mila always clearly explains everything, where and what should stretch, how to breathe and what to stretch)))) a variety of exercises each lesson. If you want to know what yoga for women is, be sure to try it.
