Modern hotel. Opened in July 2020. It is worth visiting when coming to Uman with your family. Pros of hotel and interior design. Cons: incorrect work of guest cards. The administrator reconfigured twice a day. Couldn't get to the floor. It's good that the first one. It would be nice to add a mini-toothpaste and a disposable toothbrush to the cosmetics. On the ground floor there is a home appliances store. Music from speakers all day long until late at night. The restaurant is closed. Eat just go looking for luck.

Convenient location of the hotel, in the city center. Cozy reception with pleasant music and fresh flowers. All at the highest level. Polite and sociable staff who do their job perfectly and quickly. Affordable prices, nice and clean rooms. And also delicious breakfasts! Stayed for a day and am very satisfied! Recommend!!!

The hotel is really very beautiful and of a very high standard, but the narrow-minded staff is a separate story, which spoils the overall impression of this place. We stayed for 1 day, stopped in in the evening and ordered breakfast in advance: a croissant with salmon and toast with bacon and poached egg. We were informed that breakfasts are held on the 4th floor and at 8 am it will be ready. At 8 am we went up to the 4th floor, from the staff - no one, the table is set - 2 dishes, exactly what we ordered. We started breakfast. After 5 minutes a waiter comes up to us and with horror declares: what are you doing ?! this is not your food! The table has been set for our leadership and they will be here any minute. To which we replied that the guests should be met, and not blamed later (after all, we are your guests!), We ask you to somehow resolve the situation. To which the waiter replies, “I don’t know, sho robiti, the situation is very important”. They offered to invite the administrator to resolve the situation, since the waiter is not able to. We don't have an administrator - the waiter answered this. As a result, we moved to the next table, the dishes were not given to us to finish, they were left, apparently, "for leadership." They brought me another croissant, with a completely different salmon, the quality is lower, it was impossible to even bite off an avocado. In short, the quality of food for management and for guests is significantly different. As a result, the waiter did not even apologize for the tactlessness that he allowed himself, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained.

Excellent hotel. Good spacious rooms. Very cozy and quiet. Good breakfasts. Panoramic rooftop restaurant.
