The cashier refused to view the video and said that it can only be an administrator. At that time there was no cleaner and administrator at the gas station. And the cashier decided that it is more important now to take orders further than to help solve our problem. In addition, the refueling was not recorded on the loyalty card, which was subsequently already at the gas station in Kiev. When applying to help call the police, the operator also refused. I had to forgive people in the queue to help. In 2,5 hours waiting for the police and theft, there was a mess and dirty in the hall (poured coffee on the floor, dirt on the tables). Obviously, they simply did not have time, but this does not justify the workers and the management of the gas station. Just a shame of service and service, not to mention just about humanity.
