Very nice and cozy hotel with a great view from your balcony (although in November in bad weather it may not be so good, but still in the morning gives a good mood). The hotel is new, everything is perfectly clean and comfortable, the room has air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle and refrigerator, on the floor - iron and ironing room. Downstairs is a small parking lot. One of the entrances to Sofiyivka is nearby, 10 minutes walk to the city center. In November, the room was very warm and comfortable. The only drawback is poor sound insulation, but I think it is fully offset by all the other advantages, and you can agree with the neighbors not to make noise. Maybe the disadvantage for some will be the Hasidic district on the way to the center, but we were interested to visit there. Wish - to add a coffee maker in the lobby, it would be great to enjoy coffee in the morning. But the hotel is already beautiful.

Pros: the hotel is brand new and clean. It is seen that he is cared for and the owner puts his soul. Pleased with the kettle, tea and a bottle of water in the room, and maximum assistance in any matters from the owner. Cons: the room was quite cool, there was a heater, but the batteries were not turned on ((warm blankets smoothed this situation. But with soundproofing full of sadness 😔. Hear the neighbors through the wall.

Great hotel about 8 minutes walk from Zion, spacious and clean rooms, lake view, the hotel owner is really nice and speaks Hebrew, we were allocated a special place to light Hanukkah candles 🕎, very suitable for Saturdays (no lighting by sensors) only no mixing in place
