I do not recommend it. They took the money only for showing the apartment two times. They showed a certificate that there are no debts, but in fact, when drawing up a contract with a water utility, the debt is more than 9500 UAH., The light is off, new documents, a new connection 11560 UAH. There is no gas either. The project, the connection, I’m even afraid to imagine how much, but they warned more than 20 000 UAH. When making a sale, the apartment was not correctly removed from arrest, and this again is an additional waste. Therefore, before buying / renting real estate through this agency, be prepared that you will need to run to find out everything yourself, look for pitfalls and still pay the agency for such inconvenience. Therefore, I strongly do not recommend this agency, get around 10th.
