They do not give the parcel, if my husband comes with my passport, they say "carry a marriage certificate." Solve somehow the issue with the parcels! A person cannot always pick it up himself! An NP, for example, sends an SMS confirmation with a code and a person can call the code and pick up the parcel. Develop! Times are changing, and you are standing still!

Dear employees of Ukr.poshta! Creating long queues provide people with water on such heat and chairs and if you have new employees explain to them that it is not "New mail" and the passport is by all means necessary, and that for the first time this passport at receipt of a parcel is not take, doing an SMS to the phone from the sender and the parcel number, and next time make you an old fool, which could not be that the passport is not required. And one more thing - your smile, kindness and courtesy will attract the attention of your visitors .

I came for the package. There were two people in line in front of me. He waited his turn for more than twenty minutes. "Lucky" to be present upon receipt by the post office. An older woman, apparently the commander, loudly ordered everyone, I quote: - "Cuddle everything under the wall! We have a mail reception!" Women carried bags of mail through the front door and through the operating room. Apparently, the department has a one-room building ... Later it was still heard from the commander: - "I told you to stand under the wall, didn’t you hear that?" In short, everything is like in the "good old days"

Asked for a general question. Constant queues from morning till evening. Reception of citizens is not clear, the ticket queue is irrelevant, neither for employees nor for visitors. There were three desks in cab101, behind which only one civil servant worked. In the territory of the Pension Fund it is impossible to make copies of documents, ie you wait in line for 1 hour, and then you are sent to look for where to make copies (if you are not from Cherkasy, then it is problematic), and again in the queue. Is the budget not enough to buy a printer and scanner so that the elderly do not "run" in the winter to you several times a day ...

The most disgusting service in the city of Cherkasy. The queue is incredible. Not polite operators "out of place" service anyway. A fat minus for you.
