Deliveries are made out on 20 branches as with 7 branches constant scandals! Everything was fine until I came to send the parcel, and 3 times told the worker that the recipient pays for the parcel! And 5 days have passed, and I haven't received an SMS yet !? Went to the branch, and the second worker said that it is issued as the recipient does not pay anything! I understand, the end of the working day, and I already want to go home, well, why did they listen to me !? They also said that next time she would design where the computer is! So stop, then give me money for my work! I come, I pay you money, and so I still have to do your job myself !? Well, in general, the second worker, he took care of everything, and I thank him!) And I told him what happened to him, whether he was fired from the salary or fired (well, he will fire, they won't fire him, because there aren't enough workers anyway). Well and so normal service on 20 branch)

One of the best branches in Cherkasy (Even in Ukraine, just did not meet a similar one)! If you do not believe, go to the branch # 7 where chaos, queue, dirt! And go to # 20 !!! Mykhailo, the head of the department, is always very experienced and competent, always polite ... The department is very bright and modern, there is a cozy atmosphere 🙏. If you do not believe, I emphasize, go to # 7 (500 meters from this branch)
