Why is the post office phone not working and what is the new phone number of the second post office? I did not receive a letter from the city council. It's been 2 weeks since it was sent to my address.

A nightmare, parcels come to the mail, but they lose them somewhere. There is a record of their receipt of parcels, but they do not have them. They say "maybe you got it, maybe someone took it for you." Already 4 parcels have not received. And everyone is so calm "we don’t, if we find a call." One parcel of them lay THREE months. A shame!!!!! They steal packages !!!! There is a record of the package, but the package itself is not.

God forbid you come to this institution between 12 and one o'clock in the afternoon))) Here we are today! They answer me: At the ticket office. At what cash box? - I ask. They say it cheerfully to me: In the one on which it says: Cashier. And they laugh just as gaily. I see an employee who stamps the envelopes in one of the windows, he becomes in line, he sends me to the cashier again) Although he has envelopes))) We take turns in one of the offices on the right with the inscription: letters, translations (huge queues, people it's an hour) When our turn comes an unfriendly lady with three earrings in one ear informs me that she only accepts payment for the apartments and does not sell envelopes))) I go to the one who directed me to these cash desks to the right, to the employee who glue stamps on the envelopes and I beg of him to take pity and sell m e envelope. He in the answer - only if you have a hryvnia eighty without surrender)))) Do not believe - still sold! I found a change from five hryvnia! Thank you, man! You are the best in this bedlam)
