while I read reviews about this department of ukrposhta I changed my mind about writing what I wanted because everything has already been said, in principle) it’s a pity only the guys that our ratings and reviews are in our pig shit in which every second person. the real "Hamn0" will not help us in any way .....

my suggestions for changing the work schedule are finally taken into account, but: 1 - neither the head of the department nor his deputy can be seen at work; 2 - when there is a queue in one window (and as a rule, only a single window is available if there are two), then the colleague on the other does not think of helping 3 - more efficiency. As an option, ask whether a customer needs a check, if not, then serve the next customer, / In parallel write down the name or code of the product, and only then break through the goods at the box office 4 - the postman does not work: he brings the press to 5-10 days after the publication of the issue, that is, actually the waste paper .., or come and take it .... but in the cost of the subscription, the amount of the same messenger services included 5 is similar to the situation in paragraph 4 with respect to notifications regarding the receipts of the recommended letters and in general the impression that they forgot to (or not) send packets / parcels / simple international letters home. And they should do that !!! is specified on the hot line and when you register for this additional funds are taken (even in the SMS write and on the hot line confirm that "expect, you will bring home" There is a place to grow!

Probably this is the slowest branch of Ukrposhta. Employees resemble a sloth from the cartoon "Zveropolis." All very long. If you are waiting for several parcels, then they will have to go to them many times, since they can not look at the address for parcels (although this function is available in other branches.) I speak from my own experience. And the saddest thing is that you can change your branch only by changing your address 😂 In general, if you are going to go there for some reason, then: 1) think 100500 times you need it ?! 2) stock up with patience and valerian or cognac (to whom that more to your liking) 3) stock up at least 40 minutes of time, because "fast-for-lunch during work" does not work, but not in this place 4) practice talking slowly and repeatedly the same thing (this skill will be very useful when you are in this compartment)

Negative impression of the work schedule, until 18:00. Saturday, Sunday-day off. Another idea was to "work in a closed mode" - without customer service. Well, how to get a parcel to a working person? Are you taking time off? Office for retirees! The whole time of the queue, to receive a parcel quickly (less than 30 minutes) is rarely possible. People come to their senses !!! Stop this mess. Expected to receive a parcel by the new year - Horseradish to you. On December 31 they work in a closed mode, probably .... corporate. I add that as of October 2020, the situation has improved dramatically. The branch is open until 20:00, Saturday is a working day. Workers 'with a human face' serve quickly, call to pick up the parcel. It's very nice. Thanks for the change!

Has come to receive parcels from China. 1 notice came to the post office, and 1 sms. The fact that I stood for 40 minutes and it was lucky for me, because I missed the grandmother with whom we got to talking. In the window, I told the operator that there is a notice, as well as a sms with a track number. She said that the track number is not needed. In the end, I was given 1 parcel. And in the evening I get a re-notification !!!!! What take your parcel with the same track. I again go to this epicenter of hell, where even the connection does not catch! Why are your employees so incompetent ?! After all, I gave the phone with the track as well. Now again, go spend your working !!! time .... that *** detz comrades. How long will this continue? Was in other offices there all the less. But in 21 there is always horror. Unfortunately my address is tied to this nightmare .... But of my own will not advise anyone to go there !!
