I do not recommend this branch of the new post office. The relationship is boorish. When you come with parcels that you pack yourself reliably, they say that they cannot send the parcel because you need the parcel to go in their packaging, and when you give them something to pack, they simply put the protective glasses in bags, which as a result the client receives broken protective glasses ...

Yesterday I sent a parcel weighing 3.6 kg, at home I hung it on a kitchen scale and showed the same on a normal scale, they showed 3.72, pure divorce, but I had no time to figure it out went to Kiev (plus they said that I needed to pack the goods in their packaging, even though this product is a piece lead did not need packaging, and I preliminarily wrapped it in a soft package and wrapped it with tape.I would have had time to ask where it was indicated because before sending it to me there was no place where it was indicated, they brazenly force me to buy a box in order to earn their money! sending will end in a scandal, if I am in no hurry, I will basically send goods that do not need packaging !!!!!!
