Terrible department and attitude of employees to work. They sent a parcel from this branch to Lviv with delivery, took the money for packaging, it's time X, bring the parcel, the courier takes everything in packages, which were brought directly to the post office and ordered packaging services. The courier is shocked, he put all the packages in his wooden box in the car, is this what packaging should be? I did not rule out the fact that it may be our mistake, but taking it all home I decided to check whether the packaging service was included, and it was included and paid for, then where is the packaging for which they took 141 UAH ???

Осторожно мошенники!!! Прощупывают посылки с целью нахождения ценных предметов. Перепаковывают в ящики уже запаковынные посылки в их курьерные пакеты. Отправляйте с другого отделения если есть такая возможность.

Boorish attitude to customers. The parcel was opened and the contents of the parcel were thrown on the floor due to a note on the box "do not throw" (the parcel contained medicine and other things and they decided to throw it away and check what is there). At the request to call the administrator came another hamlo (I do not know if it really was the administrator), who stood and laughed. The service is not 1 star out of 5, but 0 out of 5. I recommend seriously reviewing the conditions of recruitment or at least somehow control their work. Also now I am worried that nothing was stolen, I separately asked the recipient to check everything in detail at the post office ...
