Terrible service. I am your regular customer. I was not sold the product that week just because the bottle was so far away. Today I was accused of stealing things, although I was standing 5 meters from the cash register, and I had a women's bag. The administrator refused to go out and talk. I was told to leave all my belongings in the storage room, where it was written that the administration was not responsible. Why should I leave my women's bag with documents, keys and cards where there is no responsibility ?? Very dissatisfied. I am no longer a client of Premier.

I am a regular visitor to this store, and was present in this conflict. I can answer that the sellers politely and correctly asked the visitor to leave things in the storage room, to which they received a negative and outraged response. But the sellers still tried to resolve the conflict. I can say that in this store sellers are always friendly and friendly, will help with the choice and tell you which product is better to choose.

It is worth training your employees on the issue of "card" store. If a person buys a good amount of goods, then he does not have to ask yourself how to get a store card !! The box office did not have questionnaires to fill in the card, we had to wait. In conditions of broad competition, it is very funny! You also have to pay for the card in cash. Are you serious ?! I will not come again.
