The bank teller is incompetent and violates the law. I didn’t give out money from the card, I required a passport, WHAT IS NOT LEGAL. Money is issued to the cardholder at the cash desk without any documents! A person knows his 4-digit code. Bank doesn't give a damn about individuals' customers

I was promised that the card can be obtained on Monday 03/06/2019. And here is the long-awaited day, I contacted tech support, and there they answered in the affirmative - YES! The card is in place. I come and it turns out that the card issuing manager is on vacation, and the other girl tried to find iiii ... Nothing. It turns out that the technical support operator had in mind the card, which is without a passport and has been blocked for a week already. And now I have 2 weeks without access to my money, but there are no cards, they promise by the end of the week, and it will already be a week and a half from the moment of the application for the second reissue (not 5 days, about which managers vp). For a minute, this is the only bank from which I order already 6 cards, one account each. Is that ok, damn it?
