Rubber warranty. It happens? After buying a car, I immediately went to the nearest tire supermarket to purchase winter tires. I chose a set of good wheels, but the manager offered to take Michelin. He motivated this by the fact that there is a guarantee for the bears. - Guarantee? I asked incredulously. KAH can there be a guarantee for the rubber that rolls on our roads? To which the workers of the tire center replied that in the event of a puncture, the patch is placed free of charge. And if the cord breaks, the wheel is changed! I listened to this and with a great degree of disbelief, but for the sake of a joke I still took Michelin. I rode for a year and a half without a single puncture and at one point broke a wheel on the way from Kharkov. Considering the fact that the wheel was not punctured and not a bump, but a through hole (see the photo), I was already mentally ready to buy a new wheel, but for fun I still decided to find out the broken tire and ask what would tell me in this case Michelin? The guys watched and announced the verdict from the start. Wheels come with a two-year warranty. The wheel is not repairable and will be replaced !!! But my tires have already been discontinued and will be replaced by a new wheel. And so, one wheel cannot be changed, then they will change a PAIR for me !!!! And so, a few days later, when the tires came, I was invited to replace the wheels and changed two wheels! Until recently, I thought that I was a participant in some kind of joke. Well, it can't be! But no. The warranty is 100% fulfilled and even more. The process of changing wheels itself did not cost a penny, which made me even more stupid!  In this connection, I can safely recommend Michelin tires, since I have experienced all the delights of a guarantee from this manufacturer on my own experience. Special thanks to the guys at the Michelin tire center for persuading them to buy these wheels. I was very pleasantly surprised by the clarity and coordination of work. If you are from Zaporozhye and are planning to change your car, I highly recommend the Michelin tire center in Kryvyi Bukhta!
