I was advised to have a rather expensive clinic. I signed up with Danilenko (he was recommended) although he is a prosthetist. Upon arrival at the appointed time at 10:40, I was told that I would have to wait since the doctor had not yet received the patient at 10:00 or go to another doctor. I still waited. But he did not want to accept me, saying that this was not his profile and, in general, I was signed up for a consultation (admin side). They gave me to another doctor. After that, they began to do the hygiene of the entire oral cavity (although 1 canal hurt and the gums were inflamed). They cleaned with some water with some kind of additive on the apparatus rewound with scotch tape or a bag. Without using a dentist's kit. Then we decided to clean tartar. It started to strain me. But finished off the fact that they began to force to take a picture of the gums. Of course I refused, because I know how to clean pockets (served in Kharkov by a super specialist) As a result: 1. Outwardly prolonged clinic 2. An admin who does not listen to what the patient needs 3. Broken equipment 4. Addition of unnecessary procedures 5. Space prices Of course, I didn't pay for all this BUT ..... Even after their miracle of cleaning, the pocket is still inflamed. I don't understand where so many positive reviews come from if the overall picture is very sad. Strongly not recommended.

Part of the filling fell out. when contacting the clinic, they agreed to provide first aid only for a fee (they set a price tag of 3325 UAH), although they said on the phone twice that the reception would be free. we went to another clinic where we made an expert assessment based on a photo of the tooth during treatment and an old X-ray. after that, the owner, who had not been connected for a week, resisted for a long time, but when he provided a photo and an expert assessment, he agreed, it was their fault, but refused to compensate for the costs. they say you yourself chose us)))) to be stunned. Then it is necessary to write on the plate at the entrance to the clinic: expensive, poor quality, but in the center and with show-offs. result - the most expensive clinic ditched a tooth, without compensation for the doctor's error. which cost money and torment to the child. it seems that all the positive reviews they write to themselves ...
