The order was placed, all the deadlines were waited to the maximum, and in the end a mattress came in a different cover. When asked how it happened? The answer was simple: "... of course FACTORY. Will you pick it up? If not, then we will order the one you want, you just have to wait ..." !!! Wait again !!! And again a month !!! And this, so that you understand, there was a gift that was ordered in advance. Well, the story of the mattress did not end there. A week after the REPEATED order of the mattress, a call from the store: "We do not insist, but maybe you can pick up the mattress that came in a different cover ... we will make a discount ..." Conclusion: an unpleasant purchase experience. I won't recommend it to my friends, and I'm not going there anymore. Thank God, the competition is great nowadays.

The seller paid a lot of attention, told about each mattress, their composition, turned the mattresses over and conducted a full detailed consultation. Buying in a store or online is not important, prices are the same, but in the store you can touch, lie on the mattress and appreciate the comfort. As a result, we ordered the mattress, left an advance payment of 1000, the rest 3900 + 30 for the lift to the apartment on the elevator paid extra at home. Clay smells, but warned about it. The biggest minus was - it's stupid loaders. They confused our street and left for another district, which didn’t bring us to the promised day at all. The next day they went to the Dnieper (I hope not with our mattress in the trunk), and the mattress was delivered to us only on the third day. At the same time, when calling each time, logistics promised: now, just about, from 16 to 17 will be, then transferred to 18, and as a result delivered after 19. Only because of this I lower the point. Adjust the delivery work and everything will be fine.
