I would like to share a very negative impression of this jewelry store A product was purchased in this store - a silver ring. The young man bought it for me as a gift, naturally, he gave it without a check. I wore the product at home 2 times a stone fell out. I went to the store, wanted to return it back, but unfortunately there was no receipt, but the tag was on it. They did not want to accept the ring at all. Accepted only when I called the hotline. This was all before the quarantine. After quarantine, it was repaired for 1.5 months, although they said that it was 22 working days. They finally called from the store, I went to pick up and saw not my ring at all, it was frayed and there was a dent inside the ring, there was no dent before the repair. It feels like this product was thrown. Of course, there was a conflict between, the girl called the administrator or I don’t know who and said that the client was not satisfied, her words were “it is really worn” in response, I heard that they could not help anything 😐 Well, thank you for “repaired” my ring. It was already defective, roughly speaking, I think that the stone should not fly out after 2 days I don’t know if the photo shows that it is shabby, this is not a new ring

Extremely upset by this "Jewelry Network". I was a regular customer with a discount card. But the key word was. The day after buying a silver chain, it was torn not my fault. The ring from the fastener broke off, thereby making the product unsuitable for use. In the package with the product they gave me a box, a check, and also on the product in the clasp was attached a tag. After the acquisition and payment, the tag was torn off, since no NORMAL person wears jewelry with them. After the chain broke, we went to the same store where it was actually acquired. They provided a chain, a check, a box and the tag itself. To which I heard: "You removed the tag, I can’t accept it." My offer, at least to fix it, because I liked the product, and I was not going to return it, was answered NO. So, what I want to say, I PURCHASED JEWELRY NOT ON THE BAZARA, NOT IN THE TRANSITION, but in the BRANDED jewelry store. For the money I want to see QUALITY and a good attitude. Any product should be taken at least for repair within 2 weeks for their account, and not say that the tag is torn, although it is available with the check. Show me a man who wears his products with tags and does not tear them off, because "suddenly something will happen to her tomorrow." In general, I do not recommend this network for their irresponsibility and disregard for their regular customers.
