I ordered earrings in the online store with pickup from this store. The order came only a week later. When they called me back, I was away, the operator said that he would book earrings by Friday, arrived on Friday, the store was closed (failed). I arrived on Saturday, my order was in place, I tried on the earrings, said that I wanted to pay with a gift certificate, after the seller told me that my order was nullified and she could not sell the earrings to me. I quote her words - Go call the hot line and figure it out there, find out something, come (on the hotline, the rude operator told me that the reservation for jewelry was 2 days, although no one had warned me about this.) Earrings were the last pair, I did not order them. could. Indifferent attitude in the store to the buyer, rude operators. The result - no earrings and spoiled mood for the whole day! I supplement: After a bad review and writing a complaint to technical support, they still called me back and invited me to pick up my order. (But still the sediment remained and I will not go to this store for a purchase anymore)

Friendly and patient staff. Help pick up. But the disadvantage is that there are 5-6 stores throughout the city and there is not a lot of choice, all of the same type
