An excellent choice for handicraft lovers. This was my review a year over, now I cannot say that this is my favorite store. Yes, the choice remained good, but the service deteriorated. I went in twice in a week: both times they got nasty and didn't even try to help. In the era of the Internet and the presence of a huge number of groups selling everything for needlework, I see no reason to go far to this store, but I saw it before. Suitable for those living nearby, who will come in once and after rudeness will not return already. It's a shame, I've been a fan of yours since opening.

Given the huge assortment, it is difficult to choose, because everything is in disarray and the sellers are angry. It is easier to go where it is easier to choose and more loyal consultants. The seller on silver is obsessive, the seller on the fabric is tired and unhappy. The prices in the store are more expensive than in the city and the lighting is poor. The store needs the intervention of the owners in organizing the space, putting things in order and controlling the quality of the sellers' work. The same opinion and my colleagues in the creative workshop.
