After determining the model (cost 16071 UAH), we went down to place an order and it turned out unexpectedly that one of the shelves is not included in the wall kit, while the other model in this color was not in the range, which was very questionable. Okay. After ordering and delivery, I personally asked if everything was OK with the furniture, and if it would really be delivered to Storozhynets in its entirety, why the female consultant told us not to worry that everything would be at the appropriate level. On August 3, 2020, this furniture was really delivered by your car, but upon inspection it turned out that there were no 2 cornices on one of the glass cabinets. After a call to the store's office, the answer was: "You inspected everything on the spot, it was so, and these bars really do not have." The question is why your staff did not tell us this fact immediately in the store, but hid it. Please take action. Most likely I will return it to the store by the end of Sunday. Here on such trifles the reputation accumulated over the years is lost !!! Our first purchase in your store was made about 15 years ago, we intended to update the furniture in the house, but unfortunately you probably do not.
