Operators begin to be rude when you ask them to see if there is a package, it feels like they are just too lazy to do something. About two years ago it was much better, the staff were friendly and helped, and now it's a complete mess.

For local post office - good. Personally, I was never rude, always polite, wish a good day. The parcel will be offered as best to send.

With the new bosses, navigating became only worse. Either in one place to receive packages, now you also need to figure out where which package is waiting, then there is a package on the site and in time, but it is not in the department. Madhouse
