The usual post office, everything would be fine, but the queues are straining! The staff is clearly not enough

This is not separation but some lawlessness. The issue is always 1 person who does everything very slowly (although there is still a person 4 who go there and do nothing). The reception and sending of 4 registered letters took 15 minutes of time (this is not to mention the queue that is always there), with the packages the same trouble. I want to note that postmen work more or less normally.

"I'm alone, and you are many." This was the first phrase I heard in this department. I did not want to get in touch with Ukr post, but I had to. You know, I did not mean to. Boorish women, as if they worked all their life in state institutions of this type. It's all very old, very hot in the rooms. It is a pity that I will have to visit this place more than once.

Workers are horrified, there is only one normal postman. I live close to go quite often, as much that I order, started yelling that I go here every five minutes. It's terrible, guys, it's terrible.

Every time I go to this department, I regret it. There is a cloud of people, and in fact only 1 person works on receiving / sending parcels. It is not clear why sorting / receiving / shipping parcels lists more than half a dozen old women of retirement age who chase teas for days, and are unable to answer questions posed by their work.
