At the entrance I was greeted by the director of the store, who began to look at his shoes with an unfriendly look, accused me of walking along the street in them, that they can not take it back. He was joined by a woman, began to show me some sort of scratches on the heel ... in general, nonsense! Director after a two-minute conversation fled into the back room !! What???!!! Is this the store manager? !! I was shocked simply by his reaction, as a mouse ran into the hole, so that it was not eaten! And laughter and sin! And I by the way did not conflict and did not intend to do it in principle, since at home the floor of the cabinet of shoes and bags from this store! It is unfortunate that having already had a lot of sales experience, this man has never learned to communicate with clients and regulate such disputable situations, and as it turned out, according to reviews on the Internet, there were not a few ...
