I was in the store with my mother and tried to find a seller so that they could give me shoes of a suitable size, but the girls did not hear me, although they were very close. Mom didn’t like it and she said that they didn’t hear buyers. To which the guard rudely reprimanded her, saying "teach your child to speak loudly", which provoked a conflict situation. I turned on the video camera on my phone and stood up for my mother, trying to explain to the guard that this is not the way to talk to customers. For which he was called a "boy" and received threats in response that he would now kick me out of the store. While my mother was writing a review in the book of complaints, the guard called and threatened me more than once. The sales girls dragged him away, for which they are grateful. I never found the official website of this store, as well as feedback from the administrator. It's a pity. I'd love to talk.
